The Opportunity

Are you a strategic bilingual thinker with a passion for social media and community‑building? We Are Social is looking for an Account Manager (English/Arabic) who can lead social media strategy, create engaging content and foster vibrant online communities across platforms.

In this role you’ll work with clients, especially in lifestyle FMCG and tech brands, to craft content that resonates across audiences, present insights confidently in English and Arabic, and mentor junior team members on best practices. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, creativity and execution, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan & Strategise: Build social content strategies and flat plans aligned with key brand and consumer moments using audience insights to guide campaigns.
  • Create & Oversee: Write compelling social copy, oversee content creation and ensure visual grids are cohesive and on‑brand.
  • Champion Brand Consistency: Maintain tone, look and feel across all campaigns and social channels.
  • Client Collaboration: Present content ideas and strategies in both English and Arabic, secure approvals and refine campaigns based on feedback.
  • Lead Community Engagement: Manage and grow online communities for client brands, responding to queries, sparking conversations and driving brand loyalty.
  • Optimise for Impact: Monitor social performance, analyse metrics and implement improvements to maximise reach, engagement and conversions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing and speaking) for client communication and content presentation.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, formats and real‑time publishing.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients, campaigns and teams simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey strategy and insights clearly.
  • Strategic vision combined with hands‑on execution experience.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Experience in managing community engagement and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
