A regional automotive leader in the UAE is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for their Certified Pre Owned Retail Sales team. In this role, you will drive unit sales and provide exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey. Candidates should have 2+ years of sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's degree. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, emphasizing customer satisfaction and performance excellence. Fluency in English is required.

Overview of the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our Certified Pre Owned (CPO) Retail Sales team across the UAE. In this role, you will drive unit sales, maximize retained gross margins, and promote Finance & Insurance (F&I) products while delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey. You will play a key part in ensuring every customer receives a professional, transparent, and value driven “one offer” experience.

About the Team You will be part of the Retail Sales team, working closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and operational support staff. This is a collaborative and fast paced environment where customer satisfaction and performance excellence are top priorities. Team members often work extended hours during peak times to meet customer demand and achieve monthly sales targets.
