A global technology firm based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Director to lead their Service business. In this role, you will be responsible for owning financial growth and operational metrics, driving operational excellence, and leading collaboration with stakeholders to optimize service performance. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in Service Operations Management and strong people management skills.
