The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies driving revenue and managing a dynamic team of sales professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for both retail and contract segments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers retailers and commercial partners.
- Provide training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management to indicate performance and forecast future trends.

Requirements
