Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales activities to achieve budgeted targets.
• Communicate sales plans and targets to the sales team.
• Monitor sales processes for quality assurance.
• Maximise usage of demos and monitor demo to sale ratio.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Prepare monthly stock requirement lists for approval.
• Establish relationships with customers to determine needs.
• Maintain high standards in showroom display and housekeeping.
• Guide and motivate subordinates for performance enhancement.
