Site Engineer (Interior Fitout)

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Job Description :

Oversee all on-site activities related to interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain seamless project flow.
Ensure that all work is carried out in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Implement and maintain rigorous site safety procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Manage on-site documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality control records.
Lead and manage on-site teams effectively, motivating and guiding team members to achieve project goals.

Job Details :

Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out site execution.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
