With a focus on providing actionable insights and bridging gaps between sales and supply chain, this role includes team management and several key responsibilities in driving revenue growth. This role is a high-value-add business partner to the Sales, Financial, and Planning Organizations within our organisation. In this role, you will facilitate revenue growth and increase sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value added information, and sales analysis tools. Additionally, you will work cross functionally to bridge the gap and understanding between sales and supply chain ultimately translating information into actionable data for sales. This position is currently responsible for supporting a multi-billion dollar Wholesale business – and providing essential data to all levels of sales including executive leadership.
Requirements
Management a team of 3 to 5 business analysts Aid in cross-functional alignment to drive cohesive and effective efforts for the sales, finance and planning teams Partner with customer service to assist in day to day tactical routine customer requests and root cause analysis on issues as they arise. Provide high level weekly analysis on changes in revenue to Sales and Finance Teams Enable both sales and customer service to properly leverage current reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy and organizational efficiency. Participate and provide data for monthly business planning meetings with Sales management, Demand Planning and Finance. Identify business gaps, challenges and possible solutions / actionable recommendations for your channel. Gather and analyze channel data to drive revenue expectations and opportunities Management of special projects as assigned. Partner with Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse Operations teams, to successfully land on quarterly targets provided by Corporate Finance
