Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Data Specialist is responsible for collecting, processing, managing, and analyzing data to support business operations and decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enter and update data in systems or databases
· Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and data entry systems with a high level of accuracy
· Assist in data analysis
· Collaborate with other departments to support their data needs
· Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and assist with stock reconciliations.
· Support material transfers processes.
· Support system upgrades and data migration projects if any
· Recommend process improvements based on data trends and insights
· Generate supply chain reports and summaries as needed (stock levels, sales report, stock aging, fulfilment ratio, supplier delivery rate, Retail and Service Brand Rollout & cash return analysis)
· Liaise with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, branches) to resolve supply issues.
· Train staff on data tools and reporting best practices, if needed
