We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with property owners and partners.
- Identify and secure partnerships with individual property owners, real estate developers, and institutional landlords.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence across the UAE and GCC.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, legal, and product for seamless onboarding.
- Maintain an active pipeline, track metrics, and report on business performance.
- Represent Silkhaus at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (real estate or proptech preferred)
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate landscape
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
- Great communicator, Arabic is an advantage
