Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the sales team, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on.

Prepare sales presentations, coordinate meetings and conference calls, and provide general administrative support.

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, provide after‑sales support, and handle order processing and shipping coordination.

Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring all customer and sales data is accurate and current.

Create and review sales reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Liaise with other departments to align sales activities with company goals and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
