Job summary
A leading lubricant company is seeking a Sales Manager in Dubai to drive business growth in the Middle East and African markets. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales of raw materials, specifically additives and chemicals. Responsibilities include overseeing sales, achieving targets, and building strong customer relationships. This position requires a dynamic personality and managerial experience. Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in sales of raw materials (additives and chemicals) in the UAE.
- Self-starter with a dynamic personality.
- Experience at a managerial level.
Responsibilities
- Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan.
- Build and promote strong customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
- Present sales and revenue reports.
- Attend trade events and exhibitions.
- Follow up on product or service issues.
- Negotiate sales deals with clients.
- Take and process orders.
