Great Wall Motor Fleet Sales Executive - Light Commercial Vehicles

Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Sales Executive to handle the sales of Great Wall Motor light commercial pickups. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, experience in fleet sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve and exceed allocated sales targets for Great Wall Motor light commercial pickups.
2. Identify new business opportunities, including new customers, partnerships, and commercial vehicle markets.
3. Visit potential customers at commercial, industrial, or government establishments to present product catalogues, provide demonstrations, and discuss pricing and availability.
4. Handle bulk purchase deals, rent-a-car & SME contracts, government and semi-government tenders, and banking solutions for fleet sales.
5. Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new features, competitor analysis, and effective selling techniques.
6. Ensure seamless coordination for vehicle deliveries while following quality assurance procedures.
7. Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
8. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
9. Adhere to company policies regarding cash and credit handling to minimize financial risks.

Required Skills and Experience

1. University degree or higher diploma in a relevant field.
2. Experience in light commercial vehicle sales, with UAE fleet sales expertise required.
3. Excellent communication and sales skills with a proactive and motivated approach.
4. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is an added advantage.
5. Valid UAE manual transmission driving license.
6. Strong team player with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in MS Office, with an understanding of IT systems being an advantage.
