Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Sales Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in the UPS, AMC, and generator industry. Proficiency in Malyalam and English, both written and spoken, is required for this role as it involves working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with accurate and timely quotations and proposals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company’s services and expand the client base.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
