Job summary

A leading accounting firm in the UAE is seeking a motivated Female Business Development Executive (Outdoor Sales) to join their team. The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities in accounting, auditing, and tax consultancy services. Responsibilities include engaging potential clients, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in business development and a strong understanding of UAE corporate taxation. Strong communication skills and a valid UAE driving license are required.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Female Business Development Executive (Outdoor Sales) to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing new business opportunities within the accounting, auditing, and tax consultancy industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential leads, and promoting our firm’s services to corporate and SME clients across the UAE.

Identify and approach potential clients to promote accounting, auditing, and tax services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. Conduct outdoor meetings and presentations with clients to understand their business needs. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and field marketing activities. Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular business insights. Report weekly progress and sales performance to management.
