The Business Intelligence Analyst will be part of the Growth team and report directly to the Digital Analytics Manager. This role is instrumental in driving data-informed decisions by partnering closely with the Marketing team to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and CRM data. The Analyst will identify performance trends, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across digital channels.
Success in this role requires strong proficiency in digital marketing analytics, CRM data, web and mobile analytics, and data visualization. A solid understanding of statistical methods and the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations is essential.
