Real Estate Sales Manager
Job summary
A leading real estate consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager with over 5 years of proven experience in the UAE real estate development sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. This role includes developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and maintaining client relationships while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector.
- Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, brokers, and investors.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Conduct in-depth market research to track trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of Dubais real estate market trends and regulations.
- Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
