A leading real estate consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager with over 5 years of proven experience in the UAE real estate development sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. This role includes developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and maintaining client relationships while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector.
  • Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, brokers, and investors.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to successful deal closure.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to track trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
