Position: Sales Manager – Oil & Gas

Industry Focus: Base Oil & Lubricant Additives

Responsibilities
  • Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs
  • Identify emerging markets and analyze market shifts, staying updated on new products and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales, revenue, and expense reports with accurate forecasts for management
  • Attend trade events, exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional activities
  • Follow up on product or service issues on behalf of clients
  • Seek new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Negotiate sales deals and close opportunities
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
