Efficiently manage the full lifecycle of individual medical insurance policy transactions, from application to renewal.
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the policy process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all insurance transactions.
Stay updated on changes in Dubai's insurance regulations and their implications for individual medical insurance policies.
Proactively identify and resolve client queries and issues.
Contribute to the overall success of the insurance brokerage team.
Work independently with minimal supervision, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements :

Proven experience in individual medical insurance within the Dubai market.
Experience working in an insurance brokerage setting in Dubai is essential.
Strong understanding of Dubai's insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Immediate availability to start work.
