Job summary
A luxury hospitality company is seeking a highly organized Assistant Housekeeping Manager in Ras Al Khaimah. This role involves supporting the Housekeeping Manager with daily operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards, and leading a team of housekeeping staff. Responsibilities include managing schedules, conducting inspections, and training staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in housekeeping and a degree in hospitality management, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping management experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
