About the Role
As a Sales Coordinator (also referred to as Sales Administration Officer), you will manage the complete sales order lifecycle—from processing orders and tracking shipments to coordinating with internal teams and supporting the sales process. You’ll be critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting the sales team, and ensuring timely delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Order Management:
Receive, review, acknowledge, and place customer orders accurately and swiftly in the ERP system, following company policies
Customer Coordination:
Serve as primary contact for clients; close business with support from sales reps and handle post-order administrative tasks
Logistics & Fulfillment:
Collaborate with credit, logistics, and sales teams to monitor shipment status and order backlogs, updating customers and stakeholders as needed
Issue Resolution:
Manage and escalate customer complaints or delays effectively and professionally
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain and update sales performance reports and assist with ad hoc analysis or requests
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or order management—ideally in an ERP‑based environment
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and strong organizational capabilities
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with professional customer service orientation
