The successful candidate will be a key leader in our expansion, responsible for driving growth and operational excellence in the region.

Market Entry & Business Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for UAE, identifying key opportunities and target clients.
• Drive business development efforts, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management, across our core service offerings: Productivity & Collaboration, Performance Marketing, Data Analytics & AI, Cybersecurity, and Software & Cloud Engineering.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and government entities. Identify and pursue recurring revenue opportunities.

Strategic Leadership & Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for the company.
• Develop and implement local business plans aligned with the company's overall strategic goals.
• Oversee all in-country operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate closely with group functions (e.g., operations, finance, HR, marketing) to leverage shared services and ensure seamless support for local operations.

Team Building & Management

• Potentially build and lead a lean, high-performing local team as the business scales, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Service Delivery Oversight (with Group Support)

• Oversee the successful delivery of Advisory, Implementation, and Managed Services to clients in Bahrain.
• Ensure client satisfaction and project success, utilizing group resources for specialized operational support.

Experience

• Proven experience (8-12+ years) in a leadership or senior management role within the technology consulting, IT services, or digital transformation industry.
• Demonstrable experience in business development and client relationship management in the Middle East, with specific experience in Bahrain highly desirable.
• Experience in a start-up or new market entry environment is a significant advantage, demonstrating an ability to operate autonomously and build from scratch.
• Familiarity with our domains of expertise (Productivity & Collaboration, Performance Marketing, Data Analytics & AI, Cybersecurity, Software & Cloud Engineering) is essential.

Skills

• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Arabic (preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve targets.
• Understanding of digital transformation strategies, design thinking, and digital maturity assessments is a plus.

Education
