We are looking for a creative strategist with a performance mindset to join fäm Master Agency marketing team. This is a hybrid role where you will shape the narrative of our real estate projects, create engaging content, and lead digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.

• Develop campaign concepts and storytelling for our projects and brand.
• Create compelling content: ad copy, social media narratives, landing pages, and brochures.
• Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn — optimizing for ROI.
• Translate data and insights into strategies that drive leads and sales.
• Collaborate with our designer, videographer, and coordinator to bring ideas to life.

• 4–7 years of experience in content-driven marketing and performance campaigns.
• Proven ability to tell stories that sell and create content that resonates.
• Strong copywriting and campaign management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience in real estate or luxury industries is a plus.
