Job summary

A leading international hotel group in Dubai is seeking a champion for the Group segment. This role involves leading a junior team to achieve sales targets, managing financial activities, and engaging with clients to foster relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel and a degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and proficiency with Opera and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a sales position, preferably at an international 5 star hotel.
• Strong understanding of luxury market and all hotel departments.
• Professional sales and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate junior team members to achieve sales budget.
• Manage financial and administrative activities to surpass yearly revenue.
• Conduct sales calls and follow up on lost business.
