Support the executive team in driving the company's operational excellence through data-driven performance analysis. You will standardise ground handling performance across Menzies network with focus on global key customers to ensure ground handling standards are followed in line with Menzies standards and customers' SLAs.

• Support the EVP Commercial and other members of the Executive Management Team
• Liaising and supporting divisional heads for operational, safety and quality issues related to global key account customers
• Develop, continuously improve and monitor customer performance through Menzies operating systems (RSMS, MORSE, MARS etc)
• Maintain global action plans for all safety related measures.
• Coordinate suitable responses to CAT A and CAT B incidents.
• Enable change management through process development.

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a hands-on senior key account, customer performance or commercial position, aviation sector specific experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills/PM Qualifications
• Comprehensive knowledge about the aviation industry.
• Experience of presenting to or speaking in front of groups or teams to deliver communications messages or training
• Strong experience of Power BI reporting.
• Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to planning and delivery
