About the Role

As an Associate Vice President - ATM Channel Manager to overall manage ATM channel, activity includes installation, budgeting, enhancements, revenue and sales. The channel manager will ensure that the ATM channel uptime and customer experience on ATMs is among the best in the industry. The channel manager will be solution oriented to reduce queuing at ATMs by building new functionalities. This role will be reporting to Executive Vice President, Head of Digital Channels, Personal Banking.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee seamless functioning of the ATM estate within the assigned budget, ensuring high availability and service quality.
  • Implement installation plans, relocate underutilized ATMs, and optimize the portfolio in line with management strategy.
  • Define requirements and collaborate with project teams to deliver new initiatives and enhancements on time.
  • Continuously improve ATM features and usability to deliver best‑in‑class customer experience.
  • Manage overall ATM budget, enforce maker‑checker controls, and monitor expenses related to rentals, repairs, and installations.
  • Conduct monthly analysis to identify opportunities for network optimization and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to audit requirements and regulatory standards for ATM operations.
  • Maintain uptime targets (EDM – 97%, ATM – 99%) by monitoring performance and escalating issues to IT promptly.
  • Drive revenue generation through ATM channels and support business growth plans.
  • Align ATM channel features with customer needs and business objectives, ensuring approved projects go live as planned.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.
  • Foster teamwork, manage punctuality and leave planning, and motivate the team with confidence and enthusiasm.
What We’re Looking For
