A leading Abu Dhabi based business undergoing rapid transformation and international growth is recruiting a senior Financial Communications professional to lead on high-profile financial communications activity, including IPOs, M&A, and strategic transactions. • Develop and execute financial communications strategies around IPOs, M&A, investor relations, and capital markets activity.
• Serve as a senior advisor to C-suite leadership on market-sensitive communications.
• Collaborate with legal, strategy, investor relations, and corporate affairs teams to ensure integrated messaging.
• Manage external agencies and media relationships to drive global visibility and ensure message discipline.
• Monitor financial and business media, manage issues, and lead on crisis communications where necessary.

• Proven experience in financial communications, ideally within a multinational corporation, financial institution, or leading communications consultancy.
• Expertise in capital markets transactions including IPOs, investor updates, earnings announcements, and M&A.
• Strong understanding of global media and investor expectations.
• Gravitas, discretion, and confidence advising senior stakeholders including board members and executive leadership.
• Experience working in or advising clients in complex, regulated sectors such as energy, infrastructure, or financial services.
• While regional experience is welcomed, this role is open to international candidates who bring global best practices and a track record of high-impact work.
