Are you a strategic leader with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and global communications? We're seeking a Senior Vice President, Communications to lead the global communications strategy for a prestigious international luxury hospitality group. This role is based at their corporate headquarters in Dubai and will report directly to the Chief Brand Officer.

As SVP of Communications, you will be the architect of the global communications vision — from public relations and reputation management to internal communications and crisis strategy. You’ll lead a high-performing global team while ensuring all messaging aligns with the brand’s values of excellence, elegance, and innovation.

• Design and lead a global communications strategy across all channels
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and reputation management
• Develop and manage stakeholder relations – media, influencers, investors, and internal teams
• Lead ethical and transparent communication practices
• Develop and execute crisis communication plans
• Manage budgets and performance metrics (KPIs) for communications ROI
• Embrace and implement innovative digital tools and channels
• Inspire and grow a global communications team
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, HR, Operations, etc.)

10+ years of executive-level experience in global communications or brand leadership

Background in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing sectors preferred

Strong experience in media relations, PR strategy, and crisis communications

Outstanding leadership and team development skills

Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset

Data- and insight-driven with digital communications fluency
