Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years in product management/strategic marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within banking.
  • Proven track record of product innovation and successful market launches.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and regulatory environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description

Vice President – Customer Proposition & Life Cycle Management will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the customer value proposition and lifecycle management for Affluent and Mass-affluent segments. This includes developing, managing, and setting the strategic direction for these segments, driving innovation, growth, and disruption in customer propositions. The role focuses on active customer growth through effective onboarding, activation, cross-sell strategies, portfolio management, and attrition reduction. This position reports directly to the EVP & Head of Wealth Management & Customer Segments.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative customer value propositions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
