The Vice President – Operations (VP Operations) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across Legend Holding Group’s diverse businesses. Reporting directly to the Chairman, the VP Operations will ensure alignment of operational practices with corporate objectives, optimize efficiencies, enhance customer experience, and establish robust processes across business units.
This role is designed as a succession path to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), offering the opportunity to progressively take on expanded responsibilities in group-wide strategy, transformation, and executive leadership.
