We are seeking a European Personal Assistant with a valid driving license to provide high-level support to senior management in both professional and personal matters.

The ideal candidate will be polished, reliable, and capable of handling tasks that require flexibility, travel, and confidentiality.

1. Manage calendars, appointments, and complex travel arrangements
2. Drive the executive to meetings, appointments, and events as needed
3. Handle confidential correspondence and administrative tasks
4. Assist with personal errands and household coordination
5. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external contacts
6. Ensure all activities are carried out with discretion and professionalism

• European nationality preferred for visa and travel considerations
• Valid driving license and clean driving record
• 3-5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
• Excellent command of English; additional European languages are a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Discreet, flexible, and able to travel if required
