This role involves managing personal and family logistics, travel, property, and household staff while ensuring financial oversight. The ideal candidate will have over three years of relevant experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English and strong empathy are required. We are looking for far more than a traditional Personal Assistant.
This is a Lifestyle & Operations Manager : someone who operates as the mini-CEO of a private family ecosystem, taking ownership of logistics, travel, property, staff, finances, systems, and the overall flow of life.
Your mission : remove 90% of operational, domestic, organizational and process-related questions from the principal’s plate - with structure, taste, and flawless execution.
You will work directly with an UHNW entrepreneur and family, shaping order, clarity, and efficiency in every dimension of their lives.
This role requires strategic thinking, high autonomy, minimalism, excellent taste, and a calm, system-oriented mind.
