A leading software development company in Dubai is seeking a Manager to oversee complex process designs and engage stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities include refining product backlogs in collaboration with the Scrum Master, documenting critical information, and ensuring alignment of developed solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and demonstrate experience in stakeholder management. This position offers a dynamic work environment in Dubai, UAE.
Responsabilidades
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to capture, define, and articulate nuanced business requirements.
- Map out, optimize, and redefine processes to align with evolving business objectives.
- Guide collaboration with the Scrum Master ensuring the product backlog is refined and understood by the development team.
- Serve as the primary liaison between high-level stakeholders and development teams.
- Create detailed documents for processes, requirements, and critical information.
- Confirm that developed solutions align with business needs.
