We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO in managing daily affairs, scheduling and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the CEO ensuring seamless coordination of activities, effective time management and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's diary, appointments and daily schedule efficiently.
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule meetings, business trips and events.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, emails and requests and prioritizing critical matters.
  • Handle and organize emails, correspondence and documentation.
  • Ensure the CEO is well‑prepared for meetings with relevant materials and briefings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Perform administrative and office management tasks as required.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and provide proactive solutions.
  • Assist in personal and professional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
