Job summary
A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is seeking an experienced MICE Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in MICE sales within a luxury setting, a strong ability to build client relationships, and expertise in contract negotiation. Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MICE sales, preferably in luxury or 5-star hotels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare, negotiate and finalize client contracts.
- Monitor market performance and maintain accurate records.
Skills
Education
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets including client prospecting lead conversion and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients conducting regular meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations F&B and banquet) to ensure smooth event and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity adjusting sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
- Prepare, negotiate and finalize client contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue goals.
- Monitor market performance prepare sales reports and forecasts and maintain accurate customer database records.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business or a related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in MICE sales preferably within a luxury or 5star hotel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
