Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and set goals.
- Generate leads and reach out to prospects.
- Contact customers and potential customers via calls, emails, and in person.
- Handle and resolve client queries and complaints.
- Prepare and draft proposals and quotes.
- Manage the sales process using specific sales software.
- Create and maintain customer relationship management data.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting, evaluating industry position, and analyzing sales options.
- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; suggest profit and service improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Enhance professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and benchmarking.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Must have extensive experience and existing relationships with architects, interior designers, and project owners in GCC countries.
- Experience in specifying interior materials is required.
