Star Services LLC is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, and project management services to the oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master SPJUB to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

As the Master SPJUB, you will oversee all aspects of offshore operations, including the safe and efficient operation of the vessel and its crew. You will collaborate with the project management team to ensure all project objectives are met, and work is compliant with company policies, procedures, industry standards, and regulations.

1. Act as the overall in-charge of the vessel, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
2. Coordinate with the project management team to plan and execute offshore operations per project requirements.
3. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
4. Manage and lead the vessel crew, providing guidance, training, and support.
5. Maintain accurate records of vessel activities, crew movements, maintenance, and safety drills.
6. Monitor vessel performance and make adjustments for optimal efficiency.
7. Conduct safety inspections and drills to ensure regulatory compliance.
8. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for effective communication and coordination.
9. Manage the vessel's budget, ensuring expenditures are within limits.
10. Represent the company professionally at all times.

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Valid Master Mariner Certificate.
• Extensive knowledge of vessel operations, navigation, safety procedures, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
