Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in front office with receptionist responsibilities.
  • 1 year of experience in people management.
  • At least 2 years of experience within the UAE.
  • 3+ years in managing events or employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the company.
  • Supervise reception rotation and manage the office sundry replenishment.
  • Lead the team of receptionists and set KPIs.
  • Organize CSR activities and ensure their execution.
