F&B Reservations Host is responsible for managing all aspects of guest reservations, ensuring exceptional service and seamless communication between guests and operational teams. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests making reservations and contributes to a positive guest experience through efficient, courteous, and professional interactions.
Ideally a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years' work experience in reservations, F&B host
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in reservation or POS systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
