A leading spa management company in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Spa Receptionist to assist in day-to-day operations and act as a liaison between guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include implementing marketing efforts, scheduling, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be proficient in English and have strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Overview

To assist spa manager in organizing the overall day-to-day spa operations and administration as assigned. The general responsibilities include acting as a liaison between spa manager, team member and guests implementing marketing and promotion efforts, generate up-selling techniques, creating receptionist schedule, mediating disputes & complaints from customers and assisting the guests in professional and helpful manner. Your responsibility will include stock monitoring, promoting products to clients and keeping all areas clean and organized. You will play a big role in creating amazing stories for our guests.
