Job description

What You'll Do

• Write fast-paced, engaging short-form scripts for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Translate complex crypto or tech topics into fun, digestible narratives
• Collaborate closely with content creators, influencers, and internal marketing teams
• Adapt brand voice and tone across different talent and platforms
• Conduct quick-turn research to keep scripts accurate and current
• Pitch creative content ideas and iterate rapidly based on feedback
• Optimize script structure for engagement, pacing, and retention
  
  

You Should Have

• 3+ years in content creation, copywriting, or media scripting
• Proven experience writing for social-first video platforms
• Excellent storytelling skills with a Gen Z and Millennial-friendly tone
• Strong understanding of Web3 culture, memes, and content trends
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and fast content cycles
• Bonus: background in video editing, influencer marketing, or on-camera scripting
