Job summary
A leading digital products company in Dubai is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to develop a next-generation procurement marketplace. You will be responsible for building categories from scratch, validating market dynamics, and closing customers. Ideal candidates have 3-8 years of experience in category management or business development, particularly with SME or enterprise clients. This role requires a proactive mindset capable of operating with high expectations and minimal structure.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years in Category, business development.
- Experience with SME or enterprise procurement customers is a plus.
- Ability to influence sellers and customers effectively.

We are building a next-generation procurement marketplace across UAE & KSA: a multi-category, multi-billion-dollar opportunity. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for building the categories from scratch, validating market dynamics, closing customers, and helping build Noon’s B2B flywheel from the ground up.
- Build and scale demand from scratch for your category
- Identify and validate high-potential customer segments using data + on-ground insights
- Understand category economics, supplier incentives, and buying behaviors deeply
- Run experiments around pricing, RFQ workflows, customer incentives, and acquisition tactics
- 3-8 years in Category, business development
- Experience dealing with SME or enterprise procurement customers is a plus
- Ability to influence sellers and customers effectively
- Willingness to spend time in the market. Comfortable operating with minimal structure & high expectations.
