Job Description
Purpose
This role involves managing the servicing aspect of confirmed clients from end to end, starting from placing the business after the firm order to servicing and payment collection.
Key Tasks & Duties
- Manage three sections of the client servicing sector under Employee Benefits policies: onboarding/placement of client policies after firm order receipt, servicing needs during the policy year, and SOA reconciliation and payment collection.
- Possess hands-on experience in onboarding clients, with knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for placing medical and life policies with various insurers.
- Maintain good technical knowledge about medical and life policies on EB, including updated regulatory knowledge on member addition, deletion, and transfers within the UAE, MEA, and ROW policies.
- Handle SOAs and payment-related processes effectively.
- Excel in Excel skills.
- Leverage contacts in the local insurance market for communication and escalation of concerns.
- Upgrade processes as needed.
- Multitask efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve concerns across areas.
- Manage workflow of employees, create team schedules, and delegate tasks.
- Assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and onboard new hires to ensure role clarity.
- Set goals for team members aligned with company plans and vision.
- Report performance and evaluations to senior management.
