We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Full-Stack Engineerwith a passion for modern web technologies and a strong foundation in backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using Node.js, Next.js, NestJS, and React, and will be excited to work in a dynamic, microservices-driven architecture. You’ll join a high-performing team working on mission-critical systems where code quality, performance, and maintainability are top priorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across the full stack using Node.js, React, NestJS, and Next.js.
• Develop clean, reusable, and well-tested APIs and frontend components.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and software design.
• Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability and responsiveness.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Work within an agile development team, contributing to sprint planning, task estimation, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experiencein full-stack development.
• Expertise in Node.js, including experience with backend frameworks such as NestJSor Express.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js, including SSR and dynamic routing.
• Comfortable with building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization, state management(e.g., Redux, Context API), and responsive design.
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, development workflows, and package managers.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and containerized development environments.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworkslike Jest, Supertest, or Testing Library.
• Familiarity with microservices architectureand backend system design.
• Understanding of authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT)and security best practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms(AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOpsconcepts.
