Support administration of operations processes and activities to ensure a smooth supply chain, meet product/service standards, and align with business strategy, policies, and quality expectations.
- Support delivery of operations processes under supervision
- Provide administrative support to transport and distribution units
- Maintain vehicles and equipment through a comprehensive program
- Plan routes and coordinate with external departments to deliver shipments timely
- Communicate with import/export departments regarding changes and updates
- Ensure proper loading/unloading and security of shipments
- Record loading/unloading activities using appropriate tools
- Enter data into systems to maintain accurate records
- Respond to inquiries about inventory and delivery schedules
- Follow procedures and policies to ensure compliance
- Resolve delivery issues per established processes
- Explain policies and practices within established guidelines
- Support and communicate with team members
- Interpret information for others
- Address task-related issues appropriately
Individual contributor without direct leadership responsibilities.
