Minimum Requirements
- UAE approved Swimming Coach Certificate
- First Aid Certificate and CPR knowledge

Minimum Experience
- To be a competent instructor, able to support the needs of all learners.
- To be qualified to teach swimming.
- To be a qualified life guard.

Main Duties
- Teaching swimming to every class in the school
- Managing the work of the swimming assistant
- Ensuring the children are supervised at all times
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Organizing and participating in galas and other sports related activities
- Liaising with class teachers and classroom assistants over the care and supervision of children prior to, during and after lessons
- Running extra-curricular provision
- To ensure that at all times a member of staff is watching the children in the water but not teaching a group
