Job description

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced CAD Operator for the Design and FF&E Department.

Responsibilities:

Proficient skills and fast in CAD drafting.
Very good in construction and joinery detail drawings.
Have extensive knowledge in current construction practices.
Knowledgeable on UAE & other GCC countries latest building laws.
Can manage multiple and ongoing projects efficiently and can cope with various set deadlines.
Can work in parallel on the progress of 2 or more projects.
Have the foresight to be aware of upcoming developments in the trade.
