Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in Dubai seeks a skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA and have multi-industry experience, with a preference for candidates with exposure to the education sector. Responsibilities include maintaining project standards, monitoring project performance, and supporting project managers. This role offers an opportunity to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management with a strong track record.
- Multiindustry experience required, with education sector exposure preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project management standards, templates, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and performance across the project portfolio.
- Support project managers with tools, guidance, and best practice methodologies.
- Consolidate project updates and prepare executive-level reports for leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and cross-team coordination.
Skills
Education
The PMO ensures consistent project delivery governance and alignment with organizational strategy while supporting multiple crossfunctional initiatives.
