Job description

CRM Specialist Real Estate Developer
  • Location: UAE (Candidates must be locally available)
  • Experience: 3 5 Years
  • Industry: Real Estate / Property Development
  • Type: Full-time
  • Visa: Transferable visa required

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for buyers investors and tenants.

  • Manage client interactions using CRM software to ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups.

  • Resolve client queries ensuring high satisfaction levels across the sales lifecycle.

2. CRM & Database Management
  • Maintain an organized database of prospects and clients in CRM software (Zoho Salesforce or similar).

  • Segment and categorize clients based on their buying stage preferences and property interests.

  • Ensure CRM data accuracy transaction status updates and communication logs.

3. Client Onboarding & Support
  • Handle SPAs contracts and assist with documentation coordination.

  • Guide clients through onboarding processes and company services.

  • Provide post-sale and post-rent support with documents DLD registration and other formalities.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion Support
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead qualification and nurturing.

  • Engage with leads via calls email and WhatsApp to ensure conversion potential.

  • Monitor follow-up timelines and ensure timely response to all inquiries.

5. Cross-department Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Sales Marketing and Admin teams to streamline client handling.

  • Offer customer feedback and CRM insights to improve service delivery.


RequirementsCandidate Requirements
  • 3 5 years of proven experience in a real estate development company in a CRM or client servicing role.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zoho HubSpot).

  • Familiarity with DLD (Dubai Land Department) regulations and document procedures is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

  • Currently based in the UAE with a transferable visa.
