Ideal Candidate >

The Client is seeking a highly capable Country Manager with a strong senior leadership background focused on the FMCG market. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence and align closely with key stakeholders to drive sustainable and profitable growth, enhance brand equity, and support organizational development.

Key Responsibilities >

Set, execute, and review the country’s annual business plan, including revenue, margin, and market share targets. Lead the country operations with full end-to-end responsibility, including growth ambition, portfolio management, rout-to-market, and commercial execution. Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for P&L, focusing on net sales, profitability, and market share. Drive the execution of the strategic agenda by integrating all relevant stakeholders around a holistic strategy and plan. Govern business performance by regularly tracking KPIs and initiating corrective measures.

Qualifications >
  • 15 years of cross-functional business leadership in FMCG or related industries, with at least 5–10 years in a P&L ownership role such as Country Manager, General Manager, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of KSA market trends, legal/regulatory frameworks, and cultural dynamics.
  • Expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), pricing, portfolio optimization, and shopper/channel strategies.
  • Proven success launching brands, managing portfolios, and achieving commercial KPIs in consumer-packaged goods markets.
  • Strong track record negotiating with national retailers, FMCG trade bodies, food service players, regulators, and public stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in driving teams in cross-cultural/matrix environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
Workload/Location

Full-time, on-ground in KSA.
