Job summary
A reputable contractor in Dubai seeks a skilled Construction Manager – Civil to oversee industrial building projects. The successful candidate will manage site execution, coordinate teams, and ensure that projects maintain safety and quality standards. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and over 10 years of experience in civil construction, with strong skills in leadership and site management. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in industrial buildings.
- Strong experience in foundations, concrete works, and coordination with steel structures.
- Familiarity with quality, safety, and authority requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all civil construction activities.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor daily site progress and productivity.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
