Human Resources Executive plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Must Have Responsibilities:
- Onboarding/Offboarding:
Oversee the onboarding process ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Manage visa, work permits, cancellations, etc. - Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Culture & Engagement:
Organize and promote company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Gather employee feedback and implement initiatives to improve engagement and satisfaction. Champion company values and encourage a positive work environment. - Performance Management & Training Support:
Provide support to the HR Manager to ensure performance management and training initiatives are completed on time. - HR Policy & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. - Payroll & Compensation:
Ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time. Support the HR Manager with compensation and benefits initiatives.
Must Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or People & Culture role in UAE.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
